Условное предложение 1 типа
Реальное условие.
Событие, о котором говорится в главном предложении, вполне вероятно, может произойти в будущем, если будет выполнено условие, содержащееся в придаточном предложении. (Обе части предложения фактически относятся к будущему времени, хотя глагол в придаточном предложении и употребляется в настоящем). ср. The cat will scratch you if you pull her tail - Кошка тебя оцарапает, если ты будешь тянуть ее за хвост..
1) Глагол в придаточном предложении стоит в настоящем времени (чаще всего Present simple). В главном предложении глагол обычно употребляется в будущем времени. (Вместо показателя будущего времени will может использоваться модальный глагол, см. Modals in condition).

There will be very few people in the park, if it rains all the morning. — В парке будет мало народу, если дождь будет идти все утро.

2) if + should + imv.
Если главное предложение содержит просьбу, приказ, совет, пожелание и т.п., то вместо настоящего времени в условном придаточном иногда используется конструкция should + инфинитив. Просьба, выраженная такой конструкцией, звучит вежливее, чем аналогичное предложение без should (подробнее о просьбах см. Requests):

If you should write to Sarah, please send her my best regards. — Если ты будешь писать Саре, пожалуйста, передай от меня горячий привет.

3) imv + conj + fut.
Если союзы and, or, or else, otherwise соединяют две части сложного предложения, в одной из которых употреблен глагол в повелительном наклонении (Imperative), a в другой - глагол в будущем времени, то такое предложение тоже обыкновенно имеет значение реального условия.

Stop eating sweets, or you won't get any dinner. (= if you don't stop eating sweets, you won't get any dinner). — Хватит есть конфеты, а то не получишь ужина.

Drop that parcel and I'll kill you. (=If you drop that parcel I'll kill you). — Если ты уронишь эту посылку, я тебя убью.
